Arrow VLC Media Player

My Review

First, it plays any file, efficently. Two or more players can be used..like quick time.
Uses very less CPU Power unlike Media Player Classic, etc.
Good for high definition/high bandwith/high quality videos.
Highly customizable.(Skins/Outputs,etc.)

I've used Media Palyer Classic, Cyberlink PowerDVD 7, MP11, Media Center..
Nothing comes close to the effortless quality it provides.

I like to mention about PowerDVD the audio customization is better than VLC.

You haven't even covered the media encoding capabilities of VLC. Nither about streaming.

This is my first review focused on basic functionalities of the player. That's why it dosent cover the advanced features. I thought to bring a good software to view. I only got it a week eralier.

If it's that bad i dont mind the topic deleted.

Yeah i agree... it keeps forgetting the gamma settings when playing certain types of files. (esp. mpeg and avi)

Vlc's feture list itself will run into several pages. Wish it would support real player files though.
