Music & Lots of Digital Music........Confused :-?

I have a Lot of Music MP3 songs, in my D, E & F Drive
some english, Indipop, Bhajans, Remixes, Private Albums, Singers, Hindi Movies, Marathi, Tamil etc. etc.....,
My Prob is
all my songs are mixed up
&
I want to categorise it
& I need a Software which can level it like Music Monkey
I mean they are from 24kbps to 576 kbps so i want to make all of them into 120kbps
Pls suggest me a Good Software from which i can change the Bit Rate of My MP3's & also Edit its details (like album name, singer, gener etc.)

Pls Help...........?

if you want a file tagging software u shold use tag&rename. it is a very good tagging software.

for byfergetting music monkey is better. for leveling the songs you can you any of the audio recording , editing softwares which will pursue your need
