Default Copying the 'FAVOURITES' links of IE

Please guide me how to copy (back up in file ) all the links/lists under the "Favourites" in Internet Explorer to another PC.

in in xp goto
x:\documents and settings\your username\favourites
and copy and past the location to a safe place

replace X: with ur root drive

You can run Import and Export in the File Menu of IE
