FIFA 2004 problem

I have a P3 system with a GeForce 2 MX400 video card. I installed FIFA 2004 today. After installation I ran the game. But the graphics was horrible and every player was transparent. I was not like this the last time I installed the game with the same graphics card. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
