Problem with "SUB TITLES"

Hi friends,

I have a Samsung DVD-ROM Drive on P-III 869MHz, 128 Mb Ram and I use Cyberlink Power DVD that came bundled with my DVD drive. The problem is that subtitles are not matching to the voices in the movie. Either the subtitles are too fast ot too slow.

How to correct this problem ?

there will be a guide for "synching ur subtitles "
ofcourse rip the subtitles from ur video first
there'll be a guide for that as well
