Is XFX 6600 gt agp card available ?

The 6600 gt is originally available as a pci express card. But a new modified version has been introduced which uses an adapter to make it agp compatible. Is this card available in Kolkata ?

i think its not true ...... coz when i posted a topic regarding agp to pci express converters ..... replies were that the interface is diverse and hense no converters are possible .......

well 6600GT AGP card does exsist.
There are countless reviews online and you will find one at Guru3d too.
By the way AGP card uses Bridge chip to convert PCI-express core to AGP.
And card is already out in the retail.
At the moment it may be hard to find and it will be slightly more expensive than PCI-express version.

hmmm i was not able to find AGP version of 6600 15days ago when i needed one...so i opted for PCI-E....but i think in sum months time it will be widely available...atleast in delhi...abt calcutta...not sure at all!

The card is available for 14.5k. No idea abt kolkatta.

Yep the 6600Gt AGP is available for 14.5K @ BigByte -- Lamington Road, Mumbai.
