using vbulletien

like other software i have found a vbuletien forum web app also in cd..lately...may be it was bought by one person and files is being transferred..
well considering the indian software scenario...well must of us use pirated soft...
can i buy and use that vbulettien soft in my website...
ok lets not go to license..but are there any code..difficulties..or any such activation key or so...

can they block all user suing same code...
any idea?

You can never use such s/w without registering them.

The freeware options are available like phpbb or this site

Jelsoft has kept code in vB that keeps contacting their servers to check the license validity. Additionally, a vB license is for a particular domain.

If you really want to use something for free, us phpBB. Or pay for vB.
