Brands like Corsair, Transcend and Kingston should be equally good with more or less same price range. But each brand has different models with different transfer speeds etc.

Re: which pen drive
Transcend and Kingston are the best. If reliability is not important get the cheap chinese ones. they are real cheap.

Re: which pen drive
Make sure that the usb has a retractable USB connection pin, it is more secure.

Re: which pen drive
Transcend is the best in pen-drives.
I bought a Transcend JetFlash 168 some days back for Rs. 1250 in Mumbai. V30 was available for 1050.
Transcend pen-drives carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer but 2 years from most dealers. If there is any problem after 2 years of purchase, you have to directly contact the manufacturer. However, if the serial number written on the drive is erased, the warranty is gone!
V30 is a low-speed drive, whereas 168 and 160 are high speed ones. Price difference is not much. I will always prefer the high-speed one
Information about all Transcend pen-drives and specification is available on http://www.transcendusa.com. The Indian authorised dealer is Mediaman Infotech. Their site is http://www.mediamangroup.com. This site has a list of all the branches in various cities in India.
