It will work; but at ATA-100...
My advise, better buy a ATA-100 HDD with bigger Cache of 8Mb as against the normal of 2mb... that will give a performance boost ...

the ATA 133 is backward compatible ....... as ur mobo supports ATA 100 .... the harddisk wid ATA 133 will actually work at ATA 100 thereby giving you a performance lower than its potential
