Exclamation STRANGE: Where are these options in IDM ?

Guys!

I started using IDM (Internet Download Manager) since many days, recently I was using Flashget!

But I can't find some options in IDM Settings:

1.) There is no setting to automatically remove completed d/l entry from the list.
2.) There is no option to set no. of simultaneously downloads.
3.) There is an option to set no. of fragments to download a file in its options but when we start or add a download, it doesnt show the details, so that we can choose how many fragments should be used to d/l this file! So the problem is that we can choose no. of fragments for each file.

If anybody knows solutions, pls post them!

There is an option for that.Check the Download combo box in Downloads -> Scheduler.So just keep adding files in the queue and the files will be downloadedaccording to your preference of simultaneous downloads.

@Vishal

How is IDM in comparison with FlashGet? I am a long time FlashGet user, and I don't find any reason to change to other download manager.

@sagar_mutha
thnx buddy! I didnt check that option
Now 1 point has been solved, what about other points?

@aadipa
I found approx. no difference in speed!
But recently Flashget started giving problems in d/l ing files from Rapidshare, it downloaded just a few KB files from Rapidshare whenever I tried to d/l any file from RS

Thats why I moved to IDM, but its good! U can give it a try

IDA has a lot of options to customize to your need. Give it a try.
