How much wud it cost..

Where can i get it in Bangalore...

Heard that PS2 prices are slashed is that true???

PS2 is very old.I heard that X-BOX 360 is available in India so search in the market or ask someone who have great knowledge of consoles.

Yes PS2 prices have been slashed n u can et a Modded PS2 for abt 6K
I dont knw abt banglore, but in delhi its readily avlbl at palika bazaar

I know man X-BOX 360 is expensive but it is new and give great performance.

Agreed. If budget is not ur prob than u shld go for Xbox 360. If budget is ur prob than u can get PS2 modded for 6k-6.5k.

Xbox 360 is available at planetM for 19K.
Definately its a better option as conpared to the aging PS2. if your budget dosnt extend to that the you can get the PS2 for 6~6.5k.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is meant by modded? (I have heard of PC Cabinet being modded, but I dont know what PS2 modding is).

Also, how much do PS2 games cost roughly these days?

@sakumar ps2 chips r modded to play non original game discs.. Ie pirated ones

Original PS2 boxes refuse to play pirated games. They can be professionaly "modified" or modded to make them do so.

A Ps2 will now cost you roughly 6.5K

the games cost around rs.40-100, depending on the quality, and abt the modding, its best to get one which is professionally modded, as the others sometimes have compatibility problems with older ps1 games...
