Unhappy Startup woes + user accounts

hey all,

i wanted to know how to assign user accounts so that people cant use my home computer as n when they wish to. Last time i created an admin account people booted into safe mode n went to control panel to disable the password.

Wanted to know how to create a secure startup.

Also another question.... i want to be able to limit access to programs that guests can access on my comp... lets say only WinRar n WMP.. how do i do this..

Any workaround for that safe mode booting n changing admin password thingie??

Thanks..

windows can be booted in safe mode minus the user control best option is set up a boot password in bios ..

if u jumble the boot password then just refere to the manuel of the MBV to reset the password ...
