Tricky Folder

Is there any way of creating a folder double clicking on which, instead of showing its contents it will open 'My Computer' ? -using any means (reg tweaks etc).

Somebody claimed he did it.
If it is possible pls explain steps. Thank you.

Once I saw this on my friends computer but It was a virus.

a software called folder security does that kind of things...u can even make folder click it open control panel,recycle bin with it...
