don know about the requirement (Some one aged 13 or even less have done it in india) AND SOME BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN NETWORKING WONT GET YOU THERE. KEEP DIGGIN IN SAME AREA AND MAKE INDIA PROUD OF YOU
