Question enable cookie in IE

guys another trivial question...I deleted cookies and offline files from IE ...

However after that I am nt being able to login to BSNL site *http://10.240.43.216/weblogin.jsp* ...its asking me to enable cookies

I already tried "http://support.itcstore.com/data/show.aspx?d=32" but to no avail ...even setting security to "Accept all cookies" doesn't help.

Any ideas ?
