Unhappy Defrag

I use O & O Defrag 8.5 on my win xp x64 box. The problem is that now a days a locked file C:\$Extend\$UsnJrnl:$J:$DATA have got spread in many clusters of the disk. The file is fragmanted. And now I have not got any large continous space on the disk which is creating Problems. I tried to defrag it by using O & O Defrag at boot time but it didn't helped. Plz help me out.
