Help enabling GD2 Support in php???

I have php installed on my PC. The problem is that i try to install a million pixel script on my local machine, on installing it says GD2 support is not enabled in php. Can anyone tell me how to turn GD2 support on??

In php.ini file
uncommenting out the line with extension=php_gd2.dll (remove the ; to uncomment)

stop and restart the apache server
