problem installing fifa 2005 demo from digit cd dec. 2004

hi techies,
recently i hav installed fifa 2005 demo from this month's digit. But while installation completes the icon on desktop gets created & when game starts, the screen flickers thrice & then pc get restarted & all fifa 2005 files goes into checkdisk files & it even doesnt appear in add/remove program. I have P4 3GHz with MSI-915G motherboard & windows XP Prof. SP2 has been installed. What may be the problem? even I hav tried by changing screen resolution & colour depth.

if u have the latest intel display drivers, intel chipset drivers and latest bios i dun find any other reason y it shldnt work

do other games work? if not mebbbe u have some problems in ur hardware

TRY making a fresh install of the game after checking that there are no errors in chkdsk b4 startup
