image problem .. !!!

guys... therz a problem wth my image viewer...

i ha win xp pro..

everytime i try to open a .jpeg , jpg etc files it opens wth MS Paint...

even after i right click it nd put "always open with image viewer"... it again opens up wth paint...

kindly help....

coz its real pain in da a** to open each nd every file every time i want to open it...

You can use Doug Knox's fix for jpeg file association problems at http://www.dougknox.com/xp/fileassoc..._assoc_fix.zip

Also, be sure to log in as a user with administrative priviledges when trying this out.

Right-click on the file and select Merge.

Just remember Vishal's words, while saving ur file select 'All files' from File Types & type its name as anyname.reg
i.e. file shud have extension .reg
