Am going to buy a new lcd monitor my budget is 11k i prefer veiwsonic703b is this much for an average performance any body plz suggest any one who know better one at this rate kindly plz help

Good LCD monitors are still at higher proce range if you are getting one in 11k, then please check quality, finish, waranty, resolution supported, refresh rate supported.
Another thing how may inches is the screen.
