Default CMOS Checksum Error. Urgent Help needed

Hi,

Yesterday my display was not comming. So I was forced to restart my PC many times from the UPS and from SMPS switch.

After many times I got the display but it says CMOS Checksum Error.

And it is asking for a Boot UP floppy.

I don't have a Boot Disk for my Windows XP.

What might be the problem ?

Is the CMOS battery to be replaced or the BIOS or any problem with the Motherboard.

Is my DATA Safe ?

Where can I get BOOT Up Disk for Windows XP Professional from the Internet ?

Thanx
Arsenal.
