Default DRIVE NOT ACCESSIBLE *Help required*

I have Windows XP Pro installed on my computer,I recently tried to install Linux on a free partition.Actually i have about 5GB of free space on my computer so by using Partition Magic 7 i have a created a ext3 partition. But when I rebooted my computer a Blue Screen came up & my computer is not starting.I also used the Windows XP Recovery Console it is showing me the drive letter( C:\) but when i am trying to access it,for example by a DIR command it is showing me a DRIVE NOT ACCESSIBLE error. When i tried to install a fresh copy of Windows XP same thing happens. The drive where i want to install Windows XP is not showing up,instead a DRIVE NOT ACCESSIBLE error is shown.

Please help me in resolving this problem
Thank U
