can anyone tell me where to get longhorn os?any URL also accepted.

U will have wait till 2006 to get it... microsoft has not yet launched it ...
if u want a beta of the same u can get it from anywhere !!

LONGHORN HAS STILL NOT REACHED BETA STAGE
its still in ALPHA testing
meaning it isnt even complete yet
besides .. search the forum .. ull all get ur answers

if u want to know how LongHorn looks,try LongHorn transformation pack available in this month's Digit DVD or download at:-
http://www.freedownloads.be/downloaddetail/531

Also,Longhorn is available throught some P2P clients,this is illegal and the product downloaded should be used at user's own risk.Also,there is no guarantee that downloaded iso/zip/rar/image is really a longhorn or not.

hey man i tried the stupid OS in the alpha stage. some build 5053 i think. even got a CD of it. it suks for now.

very heavy on the system

Longhorn in 4071 stage is better than the previous version. Thogh winFs is not implemented in full strength but then 4071 build is good to work with as almost an os

I have read in M$ site that in Longhorn u will be able to write applications using XAML (Extensible App. Markup Language) i.e. something like HTML
