Suggestion for a good antispam and audiostream recorder?

Any suggestions for a good antispam arrangment for using with my domain email? Host providers antispam does no good.
Also is there a way to save some audiostream from a website of a speech? maybe an mp3 file.

I think VLC Media Player supports audiostream recording.

VLC didnt quite serve the purpose.. Didnt find a way to save the strream from the net. Any other option, anyone. Even a commercial version of a simple good software is fine.
