Default Unable to open ports...


hi ppl,
i use utorrent to dwnload a whole lot f stuff, but frm d past 2 days, it shows a red exclaimation mark in network properties, (previously it showed a green check mark), n d error message says firewall/router is affecting connections, i also checkd 4 port forwardin,even dats not thr. previously thr were no issues. i havnt installd ne nu sofware or firewall.has my isp done nethin? how do i resolve this?
