problem with tv tune card

i bought a odyssey tv tuner card.In that all channels coming as it is on my tv.But one channel is missing but this channel coming on telivision.i tuned both by manually and automatic.IN India whether it is pal or ntsc. so please give me the solution.

first of all u need to mention the country correctly in ur PVR software..
then after doing this.. try some other softwares if the prob remains
in india i dont know about the PAL/NTSC but remember, based on resolutions..
PAL = 352*288
NTSC = 352*240
check the resolution if possible.. then you may come to know about.
