I am going to buy a agp card worth 2700 from ebay.in. is it5 safe to buy items online or there is a chance of cheat. the product will come from maharastra to kolkata

I will be paying money by draft.

No one can say how safe it is. Look at the sellers reputation and then decide.
For products like graphics cards buying a new one is preferable because you don't have any warranty on a second hand card.

ive been a regular ebayer as both a seller and buyer. And my experience so far has generally been good if not ok. Follow the undermentioned principal of mine and you should be ok.
On ebay sellers reputation/feedback is very very important. Check especially if the item that he is selling is a one off thing or does he sell the same regularly on ebay.
If it's a regular thing then you might go in for the same after ascertaining his reputation.
