in ur bluetooth options select "search for other devices in range"
also put it on "let this computer be discovered by other devices " the options could be "paired devices" " all devices" and one more i dun rem i suggest u PAIR the devices and save them .. and select "Connect without askin when this device is in range" option ! for pairing u need to set up a pin code which should be asked automatically once setup and paired uc an select the services u wanna run eg "OBEX file transfer", bluetooth networking or bluetooth modem ... or somethign li that connected to bluetooth internet sharing or something "bluetooth SYNC fucntion" etc click on the services u want installed .. and simple ur up and runnin ! should be simple enuff once u start fiddling ard with ur bluetooth settings !
