MTNL Triband Bandwith Problem..

Hi,
I am currently using DSL NU plan of mtnl triband in mumbai. from yesterday evening i find that my download speeds are almost half.
Earlier it used by b/w 26-29kbps and now it is 11-14kbps....

dunno whats happening.

MTNL was under "upgradation", at least thats what their call center is saying!

BTW, resetting your modem may help.

no such luck here,i hope the so called upgradation is completed soon.

Ya I think @tuxfan is correct....coz previously I faced this issue...called them up...And they replied "Line is being upgraded" !

still no luck!
i have complained 7-8 times,even shouted at them but nothing seems to be happening.
as you can see from the date of my first post,it has been good 10 days and plus since the bandwith prob.

any other way u can help???

well they are saarkri log they only work when some powerful person says them or u gives them some extra bucks. if u so impatient & can't wait try second option atleast they will tell u whats wrong in ur line.

@LegendKiller: Maybe the problem is either windows or download manager.

well i recently changed my cpu to a new one,so i can't see a problem there.
also,i tried free download manager/internet download manager but its same.

the speed tester at mtnl's site shows a speed of 98.99.

get you speed tested from bandwithpalace.com or zdnet india
