hello people

i m in need of some serious help

on my phpbb forum i m getting the following error:

phpBB : Critical Error
Error updating sessions table
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1034 Incorrect key file for table 'phpbb_users'; try to repair it
================================================== ====

also does anybody know a free stable host where i can host my forum?

or i was thinking of making my home pc as a server ..
i have a static ip address n i wont mind hosting the forum on my home pc
can anyone suggest me how can i do this without buying domain names or stuff?
