Default ACPI error?Comp stops responding, please help!

my sys specs areIII 966Mhz,Intel 810e mobo with on board graphics,256MB SD RAM,40 GB HDD and am running win XP Pro SP 2.
I normally don't shut down my comp instead i use the hibernate option.quite often i see that on extended use my comp stops responding and i have to do a hard reboot(as even task manager doesn't work).Rebooting however solves the prob and on opening Event Viewer I see the following error:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: ACPI

Time: 3:47:28 PM

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?e...e=ACPI&phase=1

if above doesnt help , try clearing cmos or enable acpi and change state from s1 to s3 or any other combo that works in the bios . check ur m/b manual on which bios setting to change for which state .
