Default how to get p2p working, specific problem


hi

okies, i am running my pc on a network i dont have much info about it but i am sure i could give it to you if you tell me how to get it


i am runnnig a LAN network, my ISP is giving me "128k Shared"
i have a download limit speed of 55k/s dont know how much up speed though
secondly he has banned all p2p apps and torrents
so i can only use msn,ie mozilla etc

my question was i looked at the tutorial but i could not still still find a way to get torrents working in this situation i know there is a way but i just dont know how to get to it, any ideas i would really be greatfull if you guys could help me

also i am running windows XP sp2 ( in case you needed it )

you can complaint to your isp.. because if u r paying for something then he has no right to block these things... until and unless u r in a college or company..

ya chk firewall settings and let the torrent clients connect .... if u switch off the firewall and it is not ur home desktop the admin will come to know .... better option is change the firewall options

http-tunnel is a software which can help you but for higher speed you need subscription.
