No $11 won't be enough. You need 9.90 euros and $11 isn't enough.
Besides, IMHO Premium account is a waste.

I think u should go for a premium account. i did used to download stuff from torrents before but i can find most of the stuff on rapidshare... and then download speeds are 100% ... as in 32+ kbps if u are on 256 kbps connection.
