try restoring to previous restore point, if this doesn't start, then when the system boots, in the boot screen, select "restore to previous known good configuration".

Run different types of test, like PC Doctor, for any hardware probs.

Scan with AV in safe mode if this not works then try to clean RAM modules,
remove them & rub their golden edges by Earaser (carefully), & if this not works try to boot in " last known good config " as S1 said.

basically, it seems explorer. exe is corrupt
Do this first and try.
Disabling the “restart on system failure” feature may permit the exact cause to be isolated: Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab. Under “Startup & Recovery,” click Settings. Under “System Failure,” uncheck the box in front of “Automatically restart.”

I am not sure if it will work, but hope that the immediate restart will stop. Atleast you will be able to get a look at the error message.

Also try "sfc /scannow" to see if it shows any discrepancies.

Nothing works then only solution is to repair the OS or finally re-install.
