Default avi to vcd


i have a few xvid and divx videos (avi) which i wanna write as vcds ... i tried ultre avi conv and converted to mpeg1 and also mpeg2 but wen i tried to write with nero it said unsupported format ..... i tried avi to mpeg conv and the reult was a very large file which now i need to split and am not sure wheter nero will write ti .....

does any1 know how can i write encoded avis to vcds

Well i use TMPGEnc for doing that... it was suggested by another member of the forum...

not bad... but some times it takes time to get the aspect ratio right... but once u r use to it... to me.. its one of the best... and more over its free

The MPEG1 file is unsupported because it is not matching with the fixed parameters of VCD format. Use Ulead VideoStudio, it will perfectly make your AVIs into VCD/DVD without any annoyance.
