Its OK. How do you expect him to post his problem if he cant login? Well, you can signup with a temporary id and probably inform the admins or mods.

CHIP is really CHEAP

Reasons:
1.Cannot match Digit standard
2. A free forum software (not so user friendly like vBulletin)
3.Has some illegal content
4.Pop-ups with every page
5...(do you still need reasons)

And still you wish that you want to log on in CHIP ?
