Default Dual monitors with gigabyte 8VM533M-RZ mainboard

Is it possible to use dual monitors with this mainboard ( http://reviews.cnet.com/Gigabyte_8VM...7.html?tag=sub )and some other video card to be purchased? Which is the cheapest video card for this purpose? Can I use the VGA port on this mainboard as one output to the monitor and the video card's VGA port as the second output for the another monitor?
I want to use the second monitor(LCD) for text reading purposes only. I am using a CRT now and planning to purchase a LCD monitor.
__________
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/...ame=8VM533M-RZ is also the link to the motherboard specifications. I want to know What should i look for before buying a Video card for this motherboard.
__________
I have 3 PCI slots and a AGP slot on the mainboard. Is it enough to purchase a graphics card with single port and use its port as one outlet and another port that is already in the mainboard as the second outlet to connect to the monitors? Will I encounter conflict problems?

the MSI NX6200tc-TD32E is the cheapest readily available dual monitor card i know of which can support dual monitors.
is only costs $44(rs.1980) and the 256mb version can be bought for rs.45 more!!!

Let me give the details of the motherboard in my machine:

3. VIA VT1616 Codec chip
4. VIA VT6103 LAN chip

jz2linkinpark,
The card u mentioned is for PCI express slot and my mainboard has PCI slot only. So it is not compatible
