VGA & Megapixel

I want to know the diff. between VGA & Megapixel. and which is better and why.

It's all about pixels.
VGA : 640x480 = 307, 200 pixels
1MP : 1152x864 = 995, 328 pixels (just below 1 million pixels)
Yeah, a Megapixel is just 1 million pixels.
So the bottom line is, if you have more pixels, you get better picture quality!!
Megapixel is better , since it gives to great picture clarity & quality.
