TV Card Remote Control

I have a Mercury TV Tuner Card (Internal) and its remote seems to have gone dead now after more than 2 years. I changed the battery but no luck.

I tried inquiring about any spare availability with a few computer shops & dealers but no luck. Does anyone know if accessories like remote control of TV card are available in the market?

I am in Bangalore..... Nothing here..
Mine is under warranty, so trying to contact the dealer for replacement or service...

Could try using a universal remote with any of the remote packeges:

I am located in Pune and so far no success..no dealer / cmputer shop is giving me any clear info!

Also I wanted to understand if the Universal Remote can replce my exiting Remore device.
