Question Uninstalling Client Services

Hi,
Instead of the normal welcome screen i'm geting just a Black screen showing the user account in a dialog box.
When i tried to "change the way user log on or log off " from the Control Panel ,'m getting a message saying
"Client Services for netware has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching".
So i want to unistall the Client services netware.. 'll i get any problem by doing so , Also help me in Unistalling the Client services netware..
