I want to install a content management script on my site, i need it to be very easy in use and maintain.

Which one to go for ? pls vote and give your valuable suggestions.

Drupal all the way , it has a slight learning curve but it's better than PHP-NUKE .

PHP-NUKE is too slow n code it not optimised
