Urgent help needed!!!

Hi,

I bought a 512MB USB MP3 player recently.
I had loaded about 250MB of songs in the player
Now since one of the song was making my player to restart itself everytime i played that song.
I removed all the songs from the player and formatted it.
Now if i check the player it still shows that i have used up 50% of the memory and only 50% of momory is remaining
The same shows on the computer as well that i have used up half the drive
though i have no songs loaded in the drive for now.

I have tried reformatting numerous time as FAT,FAT32 but in vain

Please help me

have u bought a local MP3 player then its common as many of my friends has faced it? go and change it..

ok..it might just be showing...u can try coying more than 250 MB of songs and see whether it is alllowung or not

Go for reputed brand USB MP3 player. The locally-made ones always give trouble!!

Hello Mr. Ace Ventura, u r my real friend!!! Becoz I had also the same problem with my 128mb MP3 player. It was only showing around 59mb. It is not a new case, most of local made & cheap devices have same type of problem.

Change it with another one!!! & don’t shift through any cheap way again!!!
