help me buy a cheap system

hello,
i would like to buy a new system(my 1st one).
it should be cheap as well as ready for vista,
i would spend around 20-30k .
can anyone tell me wat i should buy(hardware cofig)

for 30K u wont get ready for vista u wuld get just a bit better than average pc

If you are really low on cash, you can even build a system for 10-15k. So, if you give us more info about your requirements, what you will be using it for, etc... we can help you better... Also, does the budget include accessories such as UPS, printer, etc? And what about software?
