My office computer is on a LAN with Windows 98 .Whan I try to open network panel in 'Control panel' it says your System Administrator has disabled the network panel.How it is being done and how can I access the network panel? Thanks.

You can't access the control panel until n unless your administrator wouldn't let it happen. your sys is behaving as a host.. n you are not suppose to deal with the administrative rights.. so sorry bad luck buddy

no you can remove this messge by edit the registry. just check in run prompt whether regedit works or not?. if it open then i will give you one .reg file and this limitation is removed.
