how to remove " my sharing folders"??

If u r talking about the "My sharing folders" which is created after installing Windows Live Messenger, then its quite simple!
Just un-register the fsshext.dll file by giving following command:

regsvr32 -u -s "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\fsshext.xyz.dll"

Here: C: is ur system drive, where u hv installed windows. and xyz is the version no. So first check the exact file name from the folder and then give the command.
