Default driveimage xml


i started to make an image of C; drive today through this software...
but folowing error came when I started the procedure..

and i couldnt make the image pls help!

which software do you use & which Windows......?
as per my knowledge this is Some Windows File which is located in C:\Windows\system32
May be the file is corrupt
try running "scannow /sfc" (i.e. system file checker)
or just giveme ur email id i'll mail U the new "vssvc.exe" file replace it with the original from
C:\Windows\system32
1st try SFC.......... than tell wht happen

I have win xp professional
ok..I tried sfc...when i start it...a dos window opens just for few milliseconds and i cant even see its contents..
so pls send me the file...

copy vssvc.exe file in C:\Windows\system32 &
copy VSSVC.EXE-0F74375A.pf in C:\Windows\Prefetch

thanks for sending those files ...
but yaar...it is giving the same error
still the same error..
however on clicking ok..it is telling that "image can not be locked..u can make the image but the image may damage"
this the error msg

Start->Run->services.msc

Search for the Volume shadow copy service and make sure its started.
