Help me with PC Upgrade.

Hi,
I am currently running my pc on 512mb ram and 1.7ghz celeron processor(400Mhz)
I want to upgrade to 2.7ghz(533Mhz) celeron processor and also add another 512mb ram.
Please let me know the price and companies which provide this in mumbai.

i think u'll need to change ur mobo too.
