Avast Problems

Hi Guys I Just Installed Windows Xp Pro And I Installed Avast! Home Edition Version 4.7.
But My Windows Xp Pops Up A Balloon Saying That "avast!(v4.7)says That It Amy Be Outdated Click This Balloon To Solve The Problem"
What Should I Do

disable balloon popups......
4.7 is the latest one.... there might be some av updates...

If you really want to disable antivirus status notification, open control panel and open the security centre applet. click on virus protect and then on the recommendations button. There is a checkbox at the bottom saying "I have an antivirus product that I will monitor myself" Just check it.

But for heaven's sake make sure that your antivirus updates itself automatically.

Updating avast shud solve ur prb.

but Avast su(ks big time.. I hav faced many prbs with it... Go for KAV instead.
