Default 512 RAM in about Rs 4000-Some help needed

hey there - hi all of u cool guys
i have a Compaq Presario SR1105IL running XP with these hardware-
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ ,
128 MB DDR ,
nV. GF 5200 128 DDR1 ,
A VIA motherboard-VT8237 ,.........

i want to be into serious gaming with all the features(anti-aliasing,anti-filt. etc) ON AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL .
So i wish to upgrade my memory into 512MB.
My question-
Can i buy a good quality 512MB around Rs. 4000.
where can i get the best buy or which brand would be the best buy for these situations.
I would really like to hear from u guys.
THANKS A LOT FOR READING THIS.

well for that PC you can get DDR333 or even DDR400 RAM.
for 2400+ all you need is DDR333.
And yes you can easily get Hynix or Transcend 512MB for 4k.
This will definitely help your gaming upto some limit. Mostly stuttering will go away but dont expect gaming with Full AA and AF with the card that you have.
FX5200 is simply not powerful enough to play modern games at full details.
