URGENT HELP NEEDED

dear friends,

I have rehdahat linux 10 and windows 2000 Pro on my PC.
But somehow my grub stops working and now i can work only on windows.
I cannot boot into linux. So please help me to reinstal my grub.

Besides my pc gets rebooted while booting into windows(just when i enter my account info). So i now cannot even enter into windows.
Please help me in rectifying these two problems on asap basis.

Well.. To restore Grub , follow these instructions

I was quite surprised to find so quick responses. Anyway thanks for that.
I'll try these steps and hopefully succeed. Please also solve my second windows 2000 related prob.
